What we collect
The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. This website does not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies or trackers.
Anonymous usage counts
We count how often pages and buttons are used (for example page views, clicks on calls to action, language changes and form submissions) to learn which content helps visitors. These are anonymous totals per day: they contain no name, email, message, IP address, cookie or device identifier and cannot be linked to you. Nothing is stored on your device for this, and when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted.
Technical protection
To protect the form against abuse, your IP address is processed in hashed form to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. That hash is short-lived and is not stored with your message.
How we use it
We use your data only to read and answer your message and to follow up on your request. We do not sell it and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Messages are stored with Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) on Google Cloud infrastructure. We keep them for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, such as Brazil's LGPD, you can ask us to confirm that we process your data, to give you access to it, to correct it or to delete it.
